M.O.M. 7i

The main reason for releasing M.O.M. 7i was to allow our existing customers to achieve PCI-DSS compliance and to give new customers a solution that allows them to sleep well at night knowing that the requirements as set out by the Payment Card Industry Security Standard have been met. But we didn’t stop there…! M.O.M. 7i has 15 major new features:

• Mobile Commerce – get reports sent to your PDA, particularly Google Analytics.
• Access M.O.M. from your PDA

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Module – Send and receive EDI documents for inventory purchase or order fulfillment from your vendors via TrueCommerce.

• M.O.M. Reporting Module – Create custom reports & charts by linking data tables together. Easy layouts are available and knowledge of the database isn’t necessary.

• Pre-Manufacturing Module - Track the stages and costs associated with the manufacturing of an item without placing stock item on an order.

• Shipping
• Store third party shipping account number
• Charge shipping based on line item quantity ranges

• Order Processing -  Manager’s Authorisation checkpoint for imported orders using IEM, mail order or all orders. Trap orders from the web that don’t meet certain criteria i.e. Billing address is different to the shipping address; orders that contain more than x products free of charge or an order exceeds x amount. 

• Gifts
• Add gift messages to drop shipped purchase orders
• Gift cards as a payment method thru Valutec

• Stock Item Setup
• Flag stock items not to show on product purchasing screens
• Specify a product website for viewing during order entry
• Additional product attributes like:
• Product Specific Fulfillment Instructions
• User Defined Unit of Measure
• Product is Hazardous
• Shipping Service default (e.g. Shipper Release set for certain items)
• Condition of Stock Item
• Manufacturer
• Customer Notice Release Timeframe

• Accounting - Pass transactional debtors information directly to QuickBooks using QB SDK

• Payment Gateways
• User defined authorisation expiry i.e ‘Hold credit card authorisatoin for X days.

• 3rd Party Interfaces
  • Specify number of units or percentage of units to replenish eCommerce feeds before inventory synchronisation
  • Web Auction Management Module support for Ebay Store Units
    
    
• List Management Module - Non-valid addresses count split into two categories: invalid addresses and non-verified addresses

• Online Ticketing system - Submit new tickets to support via the support section of Dydacomp’s website

• Online Knowledge base – Review support documentation and fixes to common errors
