Introducing M.O.M. Version 6.0

Mail Order Manager Version 6.0 offers owners, managers and other executives plenty of new tools to watch over and control every portion of the operation. Three years in the making, you'll find lots of new reports and audit tools to help you get a whole new perspective on your business. There's even a Manager's Dashboard that lets you view a snapshot of critical operation areas in real time through M.O.M. or even offline via email while you are away from the office.

NEW EXECUTIVE SUITE & MANAGER'S DASHBOARD

  • Financial displays including revenue for orders taken, paid orders, unpaid orders, profit & loss, pending and expiring quotes, breakdown of payment method, unredeemed gift certificates, pending and expired RMA numbers and much more.
  • Identify top customer for period by order activity, gross and frequency.
  • Summaries of customers vs. prospects, domestic vs. international accounts, validated addresses (for ACVM subscribers), and customers with the most "points & reward" credits.
  • Review the highest and lowest performing items for period based on sales and returns.
  • Examine the most and least popular up-sell campaigns, cancelled items and backordered items.
  • Receive alerts for items that have reached critical low levels and items overdue for delivery
  • Observe employee activity such as the highest and lowest performing salesperson, price adjustments by salesperson, and top salesperson per product.
  • Display "log-in" & "log-out" system access by employee, telemarketing event summaries (for CMM module users) by user and picker/packer productivity.

  • View all Dashboard Reports onscreen and opt to send as an email or text message

BUSINESS OPERATIONS

  • The speed in M.O.M. V6.0 has been optimised to offer faster processing of reports, order reviews, and order processing
  • New order promotion options including:
    • first time buyers
    • limit per customer
    • apply discount to net merchandise range
    • allow users to choose which promotion to apply when customer qualifies for multiple offers
  • Enable and disable payment methods for M.O.M. and P.O.P. orders
  • Custom demographics for LMM users can be set as required information
  • An Import/Export Designer allows the creation of custom import files for orders, customers, and stock items (Import Export Module Required). Custom files can be saved as templates for later use.

  • Inactive Product report presents items that have not been sold for a specific period of time
  • Product Performance Analysis Report lists:

  • E-mail (.doc and .pdf) and Fax capability for reports

  • Catalogue Performance report shows high and low performing catalogues and products by revenue and orders taken
  • Staff Performance report reflects sales and profit per user
  • Back Order Tracking report includes back order date, purchase order number, ETA and turnaround time
  • Sales statistic displays within Source Keys and Catalogue Codes
  • Product on Order - Lists what is on-order for a particular product by warehouse and supplier
  • Detailed Sales Tax Collection - shows tax exempt orders and lists tax collected on orders by region

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Sales Statistics Tab in the customer record displays a graph detailing customer's sales over a given period of time.
  • Special Pricing Tab in the customer record displays customer specific pricing discounts available
  • Customer records now support multiple email addresses and additional phone/fax numbers
  • Best Time to Call display with preferred call time adjusted to your time zone. For CMM users, includes new time to call sort in outbound telemarketing list
  • Expansion of Last Activity Date - Activity tracking now includes last order date, last phone contact, last correspondence sent and for ACVM users, last modified address dates
  • Customer Inactivity Status triggered from a user defined period of time
  • Fraudulent Customer Option to place incoming orders on Fraud Hold
  • Prevent specific customers from earning points
  • Search for a specific product purchased within a customer record
  • Base customer inactivity on last order date
  • Restrict the ability to change terms on a customer record
  • Establish a standard opening credit limit
  • Customise Average Days to Pay including invoice date and due date

ORDER ENTRY

  • Total savings with discounts displayed on order entry screen and invoice
  • Sequencing on Order Entry Grid permits the rearrangement of items on onscreen and on printed paperwork without having to delete and re-enter item
  • Enhanced Size/Colour/Variation entry characteristics trigger a grid with all variations for faster, easier order taking and displays product quantities for each option within the grid
  • Exclude discontinued items from product lookup
  • Enhanced Selling Tools displays all available selling tool options
  • Enhanced Line Item Information now displays:
    • qualified special pricing
    • kit components
    • inventory information
    • drop ship information
    • item specific information
    • stock item demographics
    • extended product information and images
  • Product Exchange can now occur from a special button from within an order entry screen. Simply select the returned item and M.O.M. will request the new item for the order
  • Customer Preferred Ship-From Location allows an override of warehouse service regions

ORDER MANAGMENT

  • Orders can now be placed on hold until reviewed and released by a manager with authorization rights or manager can override directly from CSR's terminal
  • Restrict the editing of order notes and record user ID of editor
  • Non-Returnable Product Flag requires a marked product to be returned only with a manager approval
  • Review orders already in user by another agent

ORDER PROCESSING

  • List Status of Pending display now includes Order Hold Reasons
  • New Pick Ticket design
  • Packer's Workstation Limit to control the number of assignments received by a specific packer
  • Assign exact order due dates when invoicing

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & PURCHASING

  • Bin Expiration allows sellers of perishable items to receive inventory into bins with expiration dates, and to remove that inventory after the expiration date has passed
  • Product Sales Statistics display SKU performance over a given period within each product
  • Exempt products from discounts flag
  • Product Discount and Price Thresholds restrict users from modifying the price of an item under a set margin
  • Special Price for Groups of Products function create a special price and apply it to a group of products
  • Restricted Areas for Products controls product sales to specified countries and cities with the option to limit the restriction to a date range
  • Return Original Product as Different Product to accept a return and sell it as a new item - great for refurbished goods!
  • Merge stock numbers to combine inventory for duplicate
  • Advanced Inventory Module (AIM) now features enhanced forecasting for lost orders and returns
  • Forecasting now includes components of composite items (Requires AIM)

POINT OF SALE

  • P.O.P. users can use a check scanner to scan the MICR information from a check
  • Expanded internal controls for cash payments in P.O.P.
  • Refunds can now require manager validation
  • New cash reconciliation features include tracking of log-in and log-out times, required entry of opening and closing balances. and reporting of balances and transactions by cashier
  • Printed gift receipt along with receipt of sale

FORMS

  • Legal Warehouse/Picker Form with "peel n' stick" box label

  • Refund Check Screen allows control over how refund checks are processed
