TOFFS learns new languages

The website of retro football-shirt etailer TOFFS (The Old Fashioned Football Shirt) will soon be available in Russian and Arabic. The site, which was relaunched in early 2011, is already available in Spanish and Italian. Within four months' time, says Michele Finch, company secretary, the site will be translated into Arabic and Russian with local customer services support provided by partners in Kuwait and Moscow.

The new site, built on Dydacomp's ecommerce platform and integrated with the vendor's MOM back-office management system, provides TOFFS' customers with concise stock levels, real-time updates of customer orders and better aesthetic features such as product zoom function and more detailed product information.
